Well, I thought differently for the marking system...I think you must take part on all departments and every topic/subject test is counted on 200 Marks...
Then, they make an average of it...It has to be fair if you're going to make records!

162 is good, but definitely not unheard of. You're also just as likely to have an IQ of 162 at age 11 as you are at any other. IQ scores relate you to other people that are the same age.

And raw intelligence has little to do with success.

Einstein said that his success in relativity came from him still "thinking like a child" and not assuming other widely accepted laws of the universe.

At the other pole is Marilyn vos Savant... who didn't do anything that I can recognise (except the unfair 3 door controversy against her)

IQ tests are pointless, people can get higher iq's by guessing sometimes. IQ tests should be more in depth on certain topics.
