In the right hands it can seeing as Nagato neg diffed bee with the greatest of ease, if the ppl are like around bm Naruto lvl or have susanoo or kamui obviously it won't work but saying any top tier character can deal with it is just underestimating it.

its easily the 2nd strongest path, though given how weak the other 4 where, thats not saying much. then again, if i could have the gravity things or a laser cannon for a face, i would take the laser cannon.

Even against top tier characters, it'll make close combat externally difficult... The homing missiles could easily be used to toy with the top tier, then while they are distracted by the missiles one of them OP laser beams would end it...
