Chouji can possibly solo TBH. Anyway Hiashi isn't fast enough to avoid all their attacks especially when Asuma is even faster than him and because Hiashi is outnumbered, so eventually he'll have to rely on his rotation which is a death sentence considering he is a sitting duck for mind transfer or shadow possession.
