Also, in the Killer Bee fight, it was stated that Bee vibrated his lightning at a frequency so high it became sharper than wind, and Sasuke's sword clashed with it evenly, so Sasuke's sword is sharper than Asuma's wind blades.

Here's the scan I was referring too. Killer Bee was able to increase his Raiton to a level beyond Fuuton, and Killer Bee's Raiton was pretty much even with Sasuke's since neither of the two sawed through the other.

"Sharper then wind" is too vague of a term to make the assessment that Sasuke Sword > Asuma's wind blades.
