Tobirama when he was fighting against Izuna, before developing ET and FTG

As reanimations, both have sealing tags
Asuma can channel his wind energy around a target to immobilise them
Tobirama can place multiple FTG tags on a target, then teleport them to the same position to crippled and immobilise them
