ABC logic won't work here.
Asuma is superior to Sasuke going by the Databook, until Sasuke pops CS2. Then he wins.
Don't use the overall numbers one gets in the data book to decide who will win.
OT: Sasuke low-mid difficulty.
His katons are stronger than Asuma's and Sasuke's katons are naturally stronger than Asuma's fuuton so Sasuke would win in a mid-long range fight. At CQC, it becomes closer since even though Sasuke has the sharingan, Asuma's wind blades will slice through Sasuke lightning swords which gives Asuma the edge in CQC.
However, Sasuke has the sharingan allowing him to use genjutsu and has precognition. This would force Asuma not to look Sasuke in the eye which would give him the edge even in CQC. Asuma hasn't shown us he can fight without looking at someone's eyes so he'll be at a huge disadvantage.
Not to mention that Sasuke is faster than Asuma and with precog, he'll have an easier time dodging Asuma than the other way around.
Sasuke outclasses him and I din't even take the CS or CS2 in consideration. Sasuke can also make snakes come out of his arm pits which he can use to swing around giving him extra mobility.
