Suigetsu is nothing special, especially since OP didn't specify if he even has a weapon. And if he does, asuma's chakra enhanced weapons would shred the beheader sword.

well guy already beat kisami on a couple of occasions, kakashi whooped the pants off zabuza and asuma and suigetsu is pretty close. I'd still give this one to konohagakure

Hidan was an Akatsuki member. Not a top-tier member but still a powerful shinobi nonetheless.

Asuma was doing well in his fight against Hidan. Hidan wasn't outclassing him, and if it wasn't for Hidan's immortality, Asuma's fire attack could have possibly killed him.

Also, Asuma didn't know about Hidan's ability until after he got afflicted with it so Hidan had the element of surprise.

He didnt need MS to beat Zabuza in the first place. So with or without it it doesn't matter Konohagakure still wins.
