Nop. Kurenai genjutsu wouldn't work on Kakashi. Kakashi might win the fight only coz he has the sharingan. Btw, wtf your logic, they would win if he wouldn't use Kamui. There is no way they could win, even without his Kamui.

Kakashis abilities aren't his? Its true that the Sharingan belonged to Obito but Kakashi became very skilled at using it without the proper DNA to run a Sharingan without health risks.

Also, he is said to be more intelligent than Shikamaru, he has a better nose than Kiba (or did) the guy even has great summons imo.
