I believe Asuma will distract Jiraiya while Kakashi summons his dogs, and then the real fight begins.

3T Kakashi is better than Base Jiraiya in CQC ,but he has no counters for summons unless he can control them which would be hard.

Asuma can't do much against the summoning either , maybe burn some of them ,but he cant do anything against Gamabunta or Gamaken

Raiden and Haisekishō are viable counters to summons.

Kakashi alone is a tricky opponent, with a competent Jonin backing him up i'm not sure if Jiraiya can keep up or see through everything they throw at him.
Then again, toads are very hard targets for giant summonings. I don't see Kakashi's Raiton Transmission hitting those jumping bastards so easily. If Jiraiya wins its certainly high-diff.

Jiraiya takes this high difficulty.

Kakashi can go underground to counter large scale katon and change Jiraiya's swamp into sand of which he can freely travel through. Asuma can't do either so he gets killed somewhere in the middle of the fight. Jiraiya can fend himself from Kakashi even at close quarters with his hair techniques and his barrier allows him to track Kakashi coming behind him or from below him. At close to mid range, Kakashi's raiton wolf is dangerous especially because Kakashi can guide it but Jiraiya can use summons as meat shields to avoid getting hit. With the help of Jiraiya's boss summons, he should be able to trump them.

Seems everyone forgets that Jiraiya's summons can be genjutsued therefor Kakashi can use them against Jiraiya. Kakashi and Asuma take this relative easy.

Some people think base jiraya can beat 3t kakashi low diff!!!
If jiraya wasn't caught in kakashi's sharing an ginjutsu,he could win high diff not low diff I think so
Also kakashi has lightening chain and raiki weapons to deal with gambunta ,though it won't be easy job seeing how high can this toad jump

Kakashi can go underground to counter fire and oil combination and he can deal with jiraya's swamp jutsu by traveling underground
Also jiraya's hair can't block raiki
Conclusion :kakashi has an answer for all base jiraya techs ,that is why i 'd say one of them takes it high diff but jiraya has better chances specially if he can summon more than one boss toad(actually he wins then )

Not seeing how a Jiraiya restricted from Sage Mode has any chance whatsoever. Kakashi takes this alone.

Kakashi decimates Jiraiya in Taijutsu thanks to Sharingan precognition, superior speed, and the ability to manifest Bijuu-piercing electricity on his palm at moments notice. Jiraiya is susceptible to Sharingan Genjutsu as are any summons he brings out. Ninjutsu battles will always end in Kakashi's favor; Yomi Numa can be nullified with Raiton and copied with Sharingan (Kakashi is compatible with Doton element) and Kakashi can then use Yomi Numa against Jiraiya (which will be problematic since Jiraiya cannot counter it due to lack of Raiton). Any of Jiraiya's small scale Katons are casually countered by Suiton. Kakashi is better than Jiraiya at literally everything that isn't stamina, and the match won't come to that.

This is without factoring in Kakashi's tactical edge here; Doton tunneling and Bunshin feints have been effective against everyone he has faced, and Jiraiya shouldn't be an exception. And you're giving him Asuma as backup too? The Jonin take this without any trouble whatsoever.
