From what ive seen gai would beat kakashi with extreme difficulty.

Asuma vs lee should be interesting. Personally i believe he wouldnt be able to counter lee's speed and taijutsu. Asuma could hardly go toe to toe with hidan, plus he had the help of shikamaru with his shadow techniques

For a jonin, Neji is quite weak. On the contrary, Asuma is a former Guardian, supposedly stronger than Chiriku and Kakuzu said not to underestimate Chiriku. Considering Neji got trapped by Kisame in one move, along with two other people, I guess Asuma owns Neji.

And since Kakashi and Gai are about equal, this goes to Kakashi & Asuma.

If it were Kakashi and Asuma vs Guy and Lee then I would give it to Team Kakashi.

But against Guy and Neji it's too much to handle. Neji will make quick work of Asuma IMO and Guy would be equal with Kakashi until Neji got involved and double teamed him.
