The only Hokage candidates fit for the position other than Naruto, Sasuke, Tsunade, and Kakashi are:

-Shikamaru, because he is very smart. He could find other powerful shinobi to fight for him and create strategies to win if someone ever came to attack the village. (That would require alot of prep-time though.) Hopefully he would be good in a political sense though, so maybe no one would want to destroy Konoha during his reign and that could be avoided.

-Sakura. She would just be the next Tsunade, minus the drinking/gambling problem. I think she's slightly smarter than Tsunade as well, so if she were to reign I believe it would be slightly better than Tsunade's.

Shikamaru and Sakura are also two of the more sane individuals in the series and can act serious when they need to. I think they can balance their personalities and work life pretty well.

Also, after this war is over, the majority of powerful enemies that were against Konoha will decrease. No clan that gets more powerful from hatred exists. Kabuto is no longer evil. Obito is no longer evil and is going to die soon. Madara will die. Akatsuki is gone. Sasuke is on Konoha's side in his own way now. Orochimaru claims to have no reason to be evil now, but I doubt that. Oro is pretty much the only villain who may still oppose Konoha at the conclusion of this war. After this war, unless new villains arise, the new hokage would have less problems to worry about than all the past ones did (well antagonist wise anyway...bijuus problem still needs to be solved).

Note: Really though, I expect that Naruto will be hokage and Sakura/Shikamaru to be his advisors. Sakura can also be head of the medical division and Shikamaru can be head of the intelligence division (he can change the ways of Root and he can develop a better intelligence agency that doesn't use as harsh methods) too.
