Asspull or legit !?

Since im eating Doritos black sweet chili pepper flavour and then suddently think about people claim what Obito did in the end was an asspull. Did it ?

Asspull is mean something happened suddently out of nowhere without any logic behind it.

But this case is different, what Obito did has introduced since part 1. Orochimaru uses his soul transfer jutsu to transfer his soul on another body. Orochimaru dwell inside Sasuke body. Dan transfer his ghost chakra to save Tsunade. Minato seal his own chakra and Kushina chakra inside Naruto. Jinchuriki can use the sealed tailed beast abilities. Mind transfer shoot out spirit energy........

Obito did learn how to transfer one soul to another body, so i dont see the point why people claim it was an asspull ?

In Obito's case, his soul was already in the afterlife; the other examples you cited involved living shinobi using jutsu to transfer their soul/chakra.

My understanding is that Obito's feat was only possible because his ashes were infused with Rikudou chakra thanks to Naruto, and were somehow able to act as a "tether" in the living world for Obito's soul to latch on to. Thus, Obito was able to return to those ashes from the Pure Realm (in the form of chakra) and temporarily transfer to Kakashi.

We've seen other examples of beings continuing to exist as chakra after death, such as Hagoromo, Ashura, and Indra. The exact mechanism of this is never explained.

Doesn't the mechanics of kamui allow him to teleport where he sees I think he was able to do it based on spiritual connection had with Kakashi and possessing his sharingan so long linked them.

But if I had to make a theory I'd say it has something to with the fact that obito was in the precipice- a world between worlds.in that world he could still somehow use chakra then returned.

After which he left with Rin to the after world so it's highly unlikely he can just pop up again

Yes, because it could only happen under specific circumstances and no other one, in any other scenario and Kakashi would've been useless fodder because Obito would be dead. This is why I don't rate DMS Kakashi.

First of all, the mechanic of one soul can enter another body has been established from the very begining.
Before hundred of chapters, Obito was able to share vision with Kakashi. We still dont know much about the eye that Naruto revived.
Right before edo being released, Dan released himself and turned into a ghost then saved Tsunade by buffing her up with full of chakra.
Obito demanded Kabuto to show him how to make one soul enter another body.
Hagoromo gave Naruto and Sasuke his chakra and they both got a new powered up, Sasuke got rinne sharingan and Naruto got sage chakra.

Those are logic to build up for Obito moment when he gave Kakashi his chakra : If Sasuke get similiar eye with Hagoromo by just getting his chakra mean Kakashi can also get dms by getting Obito chakra.

But since people read manga so fast and skip many hidden scene, i understand that you forgot that when Rin was killed and when Kakashi's father commit suicide, their soul still linger on the current world and wait for their "wish" to fufill before they move on into the pureworld.
