Altair walks among the city climbing the walls as he notices four Templar knights walk into masyaf. Altair quickly reacts by throwing knives into the throats of two of the Templar, he than runs and grabs onto a noose. As he jumps on the noose Altair swings and stabs the third Templar in the face. the four Templar chase Altair through the city eventually backing him to the edge a cliff, Altair looks over his shoulder and notices the fall. The Templar starts to pull out his blade when an arrow goes through his neck. Altair looks around and sees a fellow assassin with a crossbow wearing colonial assassin robes, Altair walks over to the assassin and speaks. "Hello...assassin, I am Altair Ibn-La'Ahad, what is your name? The assassin spoke with a confused tone. "I am Connor...i think"
Masyaf starts to deteriorate and Connor and Altair are sent into a blank world. The world is black with white number and letter combinations appear floating, the world is endless and Altair walks away from Connor as he looks around. "Where are we?" he screams hoping someone other than Altair can hear him. the numbers and letters start to shift around forming the shape of a body. the body walked in front of Altair. "you are Altair, Thee TRUE assassin?"
Altair nods with a stern look on his face. the figure phases over to Connor. " and You are the assassin of colonial america?" Connor nods. The figure the figure deteriorates as well with the world as Desmond awakes from the animus. Desmond walks over to Shawn. "shawn, wheres rebecca?" shawn replied. "shes Dead."
