[PC] Assassins creed brotherhood screen tearing.

Alright so i'm playing ACB, the screen tearing is horrible,not just that, the characters, the textures are also tearing, it's making the game look fookin terrible, i'd rather play it on 14fps then with this much tear. How can i solve this? I have tried patching it, but to no avail.

it's the pc version of Brotherhood btw.

I play it on ultra, multisampling x8. The the maximum my monitor supports is 75hz but my current resolution supports 60hz. tried enabling and disabling Vsync. But that Does not work, at all. :/

black flag, ac3 and all the other ac games work fine on my pc. :|

I have went threw toms hardware but couldn't find a solution, but my problem is different, black ops goes upto 110 fps to 50 fps sometimes, but i never got screen tearing, same with crysis, portal, NFS most wanted, ac1, but they don't show any signs of tear, only this specific game is causing the problem, and it's annoying me.

There also seems to be some sort of problem with brotherhood for me, its probably the only game besides gta 4 (which we all know is terribly optimised for pc) which drops down to 24 fps on some ocassions.
