First of all I just wanted to say how awesome this manga is and I can't wait for the anime adaption. The series deserves all the praise and popularity it has recieved in the past 2 years. I heard of this manga from the J Stars Victory Vs trailers and the title intrigued me and I don't regret.

So I wanted to ask, is their any Naruto characters that would be able to successfully assassinate Kurosensei and his ridiculous mach 20 speed?

The only ones that comes to mind are Minato and Tobirama

It's a really good manga. I'm surprised more people don't read it. Anyway, if anyone could pull of the assassination I think it would be itachi, or any skilled genjutsu user. One look and bang, he's paralyzed. Anyway that's what I think.
