what in the hell is the younger son using? Is that a jutsu or is he a jinchuriki or something, i wanna know what that is. It kind of reminds me of naruto's buuji mode but weirder looking.

those look like tailed beast balls. and I'm assuming it's a seal pattern around it like Naruto's. He had to be a jinchuriki or something to be on par with Susanoo

We don't know yet but my two cents say that he can't be jinchuriki because at that point of time is when the 10 tails was being split but even then Kurama was way to young to know how to fight or let alone to develop the tech know as TBB.

So I doubt he is a jinchuriki but a tech having to do with his own charkra and a whole lot of chakra control.
