So when the Sage Divided the Juubi in to pieces it was because his son Ashura had shown him the importance of cooperation! this I am 100% sure of.... And when the sage died and he had that conversation with the Tailed beast I can assume that when he said "you guys will have a leader that will bring you all together and lead yall down the right path" we can Assume that he was once Again talking about Ashura!!! Naruto has some HUGE shoes to fill lol...
