Think about what you are saying. You're saying Sasuke can make an attack that he made with the ADDITION of chakra from NINE bijuus, without the said chakra. He merely changed the shape of his susanoo, so the power of Susanoo itself doesn't increase. Kurama even explained it. He said Sasuke was using susanoo as a container, to contain the bijuus power. So no, Sasuke's Susanoo is till the same, even though the shale is different.

Sasuke didn't make a attack with the addition, he made an attack using the same kind of chakra he already possess.. That's why it's so important for you to comprehend the manga.. Sasuke COMBINED the chakra, making it one chakra, the jyuubi's chakra..

Why is Hagorom's chakra so powerful and where did it come from?? Kaguya. Who is Kaguya besides hagorom's mother? The jyuubi.

Who gave Sasuke half his chakra? Hagorom's ... Understand??

Now 15 years later Sasuke's chakra grew tremendously. Evidence is the last(meteor), the gadien(accomplished a feat only known by Kaguya that was said to use a massive amount of chakra).

Tell me what stops him from using indra's arrow? I'm under the impression open a portal takes twice as much chakra as using Indra's arrow.

FYI: for all you clowns(Indra,blowvex) that believe Kurama's chakra allow Sasuke to use humanoid Susanoo in the Boruto, it's impossible. The kyuubi is one single bijuu, Sasuke needed all COMBINED aka jyuubi's, kaguya's and hagorom's chakra..

Sasuke didn't use Bijuu chakra he combined to make a completely different chakra.. What is hard for o understand? The link practically says it.
