I can agree with Ashura creating rasengan? or TBB? but having shinsuusenju ? The fight was copied from Madara vs Hashirama.

They just lack the original moves or the anime/manga was rushed to be finished.

Hagoromo didnt have Sharingan, thats why his Rinnegan is listed as Kekkei mora , same as Kaguya's byakugan.

Tobirama canonically said he created the shadow clone technique (when they're fighting against Obito, Naruto claims it to be his, and Tobirama chimes in and says it's actually his), and Minato has never said anything about the Rasengan ever being pioneered before him.

Jiraiya stated when he taught it to Naruto. Jiraiya learned it from Minato who told him he created after seeing a bijudaama.

Minato was also surprised to see that Naruto completed it during the war arc.

That arc was nice but I don't trust it 100 percent when it comes to canon. I don't think Kishi originally thought that Kage Bunshin and Rasengan were created so long ago and then re invented in the modern era, I think originally Minato and Tobirama were the creators but then they added those features to Indra and Ashura in the anime cus why not.

I don't know if you need to evolve a rinnegan from the ems, Nagato didn't need to do that, but if Hagoroomo had the sharingan in the anime then I guess he did, that still doesn't mean he had it in the manga though and I don't know if I care that much about the anime but I do like it.
