Jinton dismantles chakra like anything else... Putting it below the likes of Rasenshuriken, Indra's Arrow and Bijūdama was quite silly. Power isn't about size, it's about potency.

Stops at about 8. He canonically can't take 9 unless we're factoring in improvement with full Kurama, which turns it into a slight maybe. Particle style sounds like it'd destroy it just by its very nature.

Jinton is iffy because of how it works, but that BD isn't strong enough to destroy Naruto's Ashura Avatar.
