Hagaromo is huge compared to Indra and Ashura.

Not to sound mean, but are you stupid?? Kishi put them like that, so you can actually see the comparison between the Madara/Indra Hashi/Ash
If Kishi put them on the same level, you Hashi/Madara would be in front of Ash/Indra and you wouldn't be able to see them as well.
Hashi/Madara are in the foreground and Ash/Indra are in the background
With your logic, I guess Vegeta is taller than Goku, right?
Guess all the Kages are taller than Naruto, too.
Those two aren't taller than Hsahi/Madara. You should just comapre that image to this:
