Any form of Madara should be soloed by Ash Bones. It breaks down any organic material at a molecular structure, and like Amaterasu, won't stop until it's turned the entire entity into ash. I don't even think Madara's regeneration can keep up with it, and even if it could, as said above the ash bone would still be at a constant deterioration inside him.

It's assumed that madara would return back like how bijuus get revived when their Jin dies. It's unknown how long tho.

This right here seems spot on to me what could stop it from destroying his body when it don't stop how good are his regeneration abilities
