Tanks Susanoo Swords........
Large Fireball jutsu with just her arms.......
A maximum power Shinra Tensei........
Lives while healing 4 kage while torso is ripped from her lowerbody......
Tanks Kusanagi stab point blank range

Tanking susanoo sword isn't durability. It shows her skin is not too tough, she can be pierced easily
Many others also survived shinra tensei. Your point?
Again, ripped off torso shows her durability is shit. She can survive if ripped apart, but she can't resist an attack that rips apart opponents
Sasuke also took a sword to the heart from Madara, and now fighting against Juubidara quite fine. So what? Both Tsunade and Sasuke have the same toughness of skin and flesh

Especially considering that Gai uses this as a short range jutsu, that gets less effects the further the opponent moves from him. Further the flames are natural as opposed to the chakra enhanced flames of Madara.
Additionally, you seem to be overlooking the fact that Tsunade knocked the Katon away from the gokage, it'd be very bad for Gai if he were to have his technique fly back at him.
Gai's punches for morning peacock won't kill her as they are weaker than his non lethal 7th gate punches.

And the flames the come from the friction won't kill her as she's batted away qualitatively better fire.
And to address her durability on this thread, though I find this to be getting quite old, Joseph Gomes. It is a manga fact that Tsunade has high durability and It is a fact that Tsunade received minor damage from the heavenly transfer, whereas those who tried before her and Ay, aside from the third raikage, were killed before they arrived. (meaning this technique would not have been lethal to Tsunade even without Creation Rebirth as opposed to people who had tried it before)
Madara's katon didn't posses nearly the amount of volume and size that Sasuke's did, so no they don't.
Not that any of this is relevant since Asakujaku deals a completely different type of damage, and that technique was a horrible standard to use for comparison to begin with.

Scaling isn't consistent in the manga, but even if it were size =/ = to power. Also not that Sasuke's Katon started smaller and grew larger.
The fact that Madara is the best Katon user in the manga, and his attack had killing intent is all that is necessary to know it beats Gai's technique.
Morning Peacock is a barrage of non lethal punches, and small fire balls. It is completely irrelevant to discuss it taking down Tsunade.

A katon cannot defeat a punch because they lie in completely different catagories. They are pointless to compare.

Avoiding the moot dragon fire point since it deserves no authentic spot in the debate...
Asakujaku is not a barrage of non lethal punches. As a matter of fact, objects exceeding supersonic speeds and producing natural fire are completely and utterly lethal.
Those insignificant fire balls Gai produces shouldn't even have been mentioned. Majority of the damage derives from the striking power, combined with rapid succession, not the chemical offset in the background. If anything, the fire should be testament to how powerful Gai's punches are.
The real concern here should be how quickly Tsunade can regenerate compared to how fast Gai can punch her.
