When Gai fought Kisame (both times), it was stated that Asa Kujaku were simply super-fast punches that created massive friction within the air, causing the affected air to ignite and shoot forward at (or through) the target. Furthermore, when Gai explained Hirudora after he defeated Kisame for the second time, he stated that it was not chakra, but simply air pressure compressed and rocketed forward at the enemy in the shape of a tiger, hence the name (daytime tiger).
The point is, I've seen many debates like Gai vs (insert favorite raikage here), and many Gai-fans like to argue that Asa kujaku and Hirudora are wind-style moves that would destroy raiton armor because they are compressed air. Simply put: is this true, or false? Would they do anything against the raiton armor? Do we not know enough to say?
Please be respectful and concise in your thoughts.
