Orochimaru is currently not an antogonist and like every other living being in this world , probrably stuck in the infinite Tsukiyomi and thus irrelevant at the moment.

And orochimaru is currently no threat even if he turns into a antogonist again..Sasuke or Naruto would tear through him in less than a second.
