What defines "normal speed"? Minato in a footrace is faster because of his smaller physique, but how can you not count A's Lighting Armor if it's basically him increasing his chakra manipulating his affinity?

Seriously? Lighting Armor is used to ENHANCE his abilities. It increases his speed to use it. If you really want to compare speed you'd have to compare them with absolutely no abilities.

Look, I don't like A, and I'm not a Minato fanboy....but you titled it RAW strength, meaning that A doesn't get his armor either. It's just speed based, no extras......and we might as well wait to see if Kishi decides to show us another A vs Minato fight to give us the answer.

I think it's super funny that there are many more ?s out there to be answered, yet everyone is freaking out about this ONE tiny battle. If you like A, support him! If you like Minato, support him. Wait for Kishi to tell us....below are my ?s.

Clearly no point trying to discuss. You may hate the Minato fanboys and that's fine whatever I don't really care. But if you're going to have a discussion of pure speed then nearly party should be able to use any of their abilities. Or they both should have access to all of them. Otherwise you're tipping the scales in A's favor, which makes for a pointless debate.

Sure, whatever, you can believe that Raikage is the fastest ninja ever. He is faster than SS3 Goku in fact. Is that better now?

If not, then let's get back to naruto reality. Minato was considered faster than Raikage
