The Jiraiya thing was honestly bullshit. He could have finished him with Amaterasu, but he had to run. He was not that much out of stamina, he admit he couldn't win out of modesty. Any one that has an adequate reading comprehension would admit that Itachi and Kisame would have negged.

Itachi's was nerfed by his illness. He never went all out. 30% Itachi gave Naruto trouble with his finger genjutsu and all that. Itachi negs your fave more than not. Yata tanked kunais, an 8 headed serpent and can do much more. Totsuka seals people.
