yeah people said it didn't make sense him losing to 3 kids while he fought otsutuki kinshiki but they were all wrong as always

i haven't seen anything that told me he was restraining the bulk of his abilities from them. It stands to reason he'd be able to get the jump on them because of their lack of swordsmanship abilities/exp, but it's not an explanation for him getting caught by the sewing needle sword in the first place. If Iwabe wasn't there to intercept the guy with the explosive sword, there's no telling what could've happened to him.
