I decided to learn more about religion before I gave my opinion on it. And boy have I learned alot. Like how Church's only tell you a handful of information. All I can say is look up Apocrypha. Idk if it's real or not but it talks about alot of stuff. And honestly if that was included in the bible that they read in church maybe I wouldn't be an Atheist today. It foretells about alot of stuff that is happening in todays society. It even spoke of future events like slavery. Which stunned me. It shows a realistic side of things. It actually says "There is a time to kill" which contradicts the new testiments quote that says "Thou shall not kill" When the bible was first translated the original text was "Though shall not murder" they changed murder into kill. And idk about you guys but to me murdering and killing are two different things. It also talks about Jesus, and God and hate.

Also an interesting fact I learned was the pyramid on the back of the American dollar. Pyramids are connected to Egypt right? Did you guys know Egypt's original name was Kemet. Egypt is actually a Greek word that means slavery. So I ask again why is a pyramid on the back of an American dollar? You tell me.


I don't know that much about it I'm gonna order a Kings James bible the 1611 edition it has the Apocrypha. But for those who do know about it can you guys discuss and tell me your thoughts? Oh and also if you type in illuminati spelled backward followed by .com you get redirected to the U.S. government site

I don't blame you plus today I think god or some being out there showed me a sign this isn't a thread disproving religion at all it infacts talks about it. At the moment I'm not sure what to believe but if I did believe in god I would believe in him and only him and not organized religion please read the thread

The Apocrypha is a part of the bible that was taken out. It talks about the children of Israel Jews(who were supposedly black) and how they went to Africa and the African's hated them sold them off into slavery and blah blah blah how most of their descendants are the. American Blacks(Original name-Judah) Black West Indies(Original name-Benjamin) Haitians(Original name-Levi) Dominicans(Original name-Simeon) Central America(Original name-Zebulon) North American Indians (Original name-Gad) etc its all people of carribean or Latin origin though. But let me guess the Church's never told you about that did they? That's if you go to church lol. If you're a devoted man of God then order a kings james bible a 1611 edition it has everything you need to know.

The Apocrypha is included in the Catholic Bible, but not in the traditional, Christian Bible. At the Council of Carthage, or Trent, or somewhere, the elders and such decided that the Apocrypha was not biblical and left it out of the Bible. Also, the quote, "Thou shall not kill/murder" was quoted in the Old Testament, not the New.

Anyways, it's nice to be a Christian. I don't want to start a debate or anything, so I'll leave it at that.

I wanted to point out how ridiculous it is to be called atheist.. like its a title or something..

in reality... no one starts out religious... in fact .. we are all born atheist in a way.. since were not born knowing about god.
You cant be born religious.. the truth..

2 religious human can make a baby. The baby isn't born religious. The baby is born a human. Religion isn't race nor physical. Religion is an idea or ideals that people have stirred someone else's thoughts into their own beliefs.

2 religious people made a human baby, not a religious baby. If you died you would be dead.. but you would be a dead human.. if you would be a religious human then religious can only be used as an adjective.. to describe something.

How can you become atheist by not believing in god.. since you aren't technically born religious because a religion cant birth humans, but humans can create religion.. ????

People & society place too much power in religion and other people's beliefs that most likely started out as stories..

Its necessary to be a non believer in something you CANT know about to be true since it was before our time.. <.<

The truth is we were all created by something or someone , but the best we can accept as truth is that we are made from our parents.. we live on a planet that none of us obviously created so we can accept that something might have done it.

First, slavery has existed since the beginning of time. It existed when humans were first "born", just prior to Christ, during Christ, and all the while after Christ.. in fact, it still continues today.
