When the SO6P shared his powers between Narusuke, Naruto got new form + full moon ability + guddodama + Senjutsu of SO6P
Sasuke on the other hand (pun intended) got half moon, half juubigan which gave him insta-teleport and winged Indra PS.
As OP and quite equal these two abilities are, Naruto additionally got the power of ALL 9 biju which finally manifested (he previously had some of the majority of the bijuu's power from those knuckle touches but he never used their abilities). Now, if you think about it, this power up could be seen as ANOTHER half of the SO6P's total power, which gives Nardo basically 2 halves and Sasuke only one. I have no problem with Nardo's power up and I believe he very much deserves the bijuu as he is the child of prophecy, but I want people to recognise that Nardo got another additional power up when he and Sauce met Hagoromo that day.
So this leaves an imbalance between the two which is why Sasuke kind of struggles and needs help from Naruto because Naruto has extra firepower and more additional OP techs. And to rub salt to Sasuke's wounds, Kakashi comes through in today's chapter with the same winged INDRA PS for Gods sake. It makes Sasuke's tech seem common and less unique now. Imagine Kaguya used her juubi powers to enter Ashura's bijuu mode, it would make it seem crap and less unique because Hagoromo gifted it to Naruto specially.
So yeah, the manga has been quite unfair to Sasuke recently, which suggests he might get some powerups in the future to get back on level with Naruto. Or even his yin hand half moon might make up for some of the imbalance.
