You can shave your arms if you have sleeves. If your chest hair goes to your collarbone you can shave it so it won't show in a V Neck. Shave your actual neck. You can shave your pits too but your friends may give you crap.

Also, hairy backs, no woman likes a man with a hairy back, makes them look like an ape.

There are guys who shave there legs and arms if they have excessive hair and a lot of sports men do it to, personally, from a girls point of view, I don't like guys with really hairy legs or arms, particularly if the hair is on there hands, eww.
