The resizing to 150x200 is doable, however resizing to 300x600 would drastically decrease the image quality as we have to spread the image out.

Also in the second image, do you want all the kages in the avatar or just the 2nd mizukage?

I am not even going to bother about the making 300x600 signatures from the other pictures, since it would look horribly.
