well let's see, most jonin have at least two elements, Tsunade is a sannin, it's safe to say she has at least one element. She even said herself that she turned her chakra into electricity to scramble the nerve impulses. People need to stop Acting like they can't think for themselves and put two and two together, she has at least two and I'm betting raiton is one of them.

I think Kishi is not showing the Elemental Affinity directly because of Her massive Amount of Chakra, beside it would just be monstrous, But hopefully it will be revealed, and which ninja can turn their chakra into electricity?

Orochimaru says "All the communication between the brain and the body are carried out through electricity". This doesn't sound like normal Raiton, this sounds more like some medical meaning of electricity. Just my opinion on this..

But still, I honestly feel like this was not intended to actually be a Lightning based attack. I might be wrong on this, but to me it looks like just another Medical Technique. And it's definitely not enough to state that Tsunade has mastery over the Raiton element.

Besides, Which Ninja is without an elemental Affinity,(aside from lee). She is a kage, a sannin and the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju and the greatest medical expert not to mention the World's strongest kunoichi, so of course she is gonna have an Elemental Affinity.
