He is shown wearing a white robe atire with red markings across it while wearing brown kakhis. He is also seen wearing white gloves with the similar red markings.

Arthur is a polite, young man who is still adjusting to his role. He takes his responsibilities very seriously, but usually undertakes them with a smile and has a very warm, and happy-go-lucky demeanor. Despite his outward appearance, it would be wrong to characterize him as immature or oblivious as shown when he was a child, he was fully aware that his older, adoptive brother hated and even tried to kill him, but hopes one day they could become friends.

Background Information

H I S T O R Y :
Arthur Uchiha is one of the rare ones, in terms of position and family. At birth he was destined to be the leader of the Uchiha. So growing up he was taught, very strictly.As he was growing up, his brother got jealous of his position, and his love from their mother. As Arthur grew up and mastered his 3 Tomoe, he set out for freedom. He met really nice people and a family, called Fire Monks. He decided to spend three years training under them. During that time training he learned a new form of chakra, allowing him to be a monk himself. The Monks wanted him to be the leader of the group due to his ability to out preform even the grand master. But he decided He will simply be the Monk Prodigy.. If they ever need him , he will protect them. Arthur Deciding to visit him, he felt as if they were going to throw him a party, since rumor was that arthur was to return that day. What he saw when he opened the door was gruesome... Mother and Father slane. Even though Arthur didnt have the best relationship with his mother and father he loved them. In the next room was his brother waiting... With a snister smirk.. But what his brother saw in arthur eyes was the birth of a new patter in his eyes.. The Rumored Mangekoyu Sharingan... But so did his brother.. A gruesome battle took place for seven hours.. At that point Arthur returned back to.. normal.. At that moment all he could do is weep. But his brother.. His brother looked as if he saw a ghost... He was scared.. "What... What technique was that...What are you? That.. that was no normal genjutsu" he said as he ran away.. After this happened, Arthur Simply burried his family, let his brother go and wander the world... its been 3 years later...
