Its what you feel and the passion evolve that can relate to others or have others understand who cannot relate.

-Tons of grammar/spelling mistakes (only pointing out because you described this a poem; form of writing).
-Rhyming scheme is awful.
-The title sort of contradicts the 'poem' itself.

It could be salvaged based on the first line only (meaning wise), but if you're new to poetry then my advice is to read published works to get a broader range of rhyming skills (even if basic) and how to send a message via rhyming.
