I think you'd need a certain amount of sensory skill for that, though. I mean you can't exactly just "see" how the chakra is flowing through your opponent's system nor should you be able to "feel" it, since it's not a part of you anymore. Otherwise you're saying chakra is like an extended limb or something? It's a cool concept, but too easy to acquire on your terms, get what I mean?

naruto's chakra can be physically manifested
and so do some other justus
gates do this with the green aura
so i geuss with enough strenght in the chakra it could be done

its not like they can see chakra within the chakra network. the only thing that can see that is the byakugan.
