Cool, so post the technique for me and explain it, along with the general description of C2 and its inherent abilities. o-o

C-2 "Dragon" (ドラゴン, Doragon): One of Deidara's specialties; a large dragon, capable of flight. While Deidara is safely on its back, the dragon spits out smaller clay figures that attack the opponent like guided missiles. The dragon also produces clay mines, which are used to force opponents to fight in a limited space. The Dragon itself is A-Rank and its mines and its clay figures are C-rank. It can stay on the field until detonated.
Basically its his clay but with more bakuton infused within it giving it literally more BOOM. because of the amount of chakra larger quantities of clay is needed leading to bigger and more detailed creations.Most common use is the dragon capable of the above (landmines clay figures)

Also how could you use the mini-dragons and mines in a fight?

Deidara puts his hands into his clay holders consuming large amounts of clay before jumping into the air with his palms down he starts to extrude large amounts of clay.Using shape manipulation he creates a large dragon like sculpture roughly 5 meters long with the wings about 2 meters wide and half the body size.Its face out of proportion being just as if not slightly smaller than the body.
He then jumps onto the now solid clay object and takes flight into the sky.From there he circles his opponent before channeling bokuton chakra and clay from the inside of the dragon into the mouth making mini versions of the one he is currently flying on from there he sends the mini dragon into the ground exploding it ontop of the opponent.
Mines application
Having made the clay dragon Deidara floods the battlefield with a mist before manipulation bokuton chakra in the dragons mouth creating mines and upon opening the dragons mouth they would fall out and land on the mist covered ground.Should his opponent not be a sensor nin or otherwise capable of detecting chakra they would not know where the mines are and would eventually step on one..Killing themselves.

The mini-dragons are also like heat-seeking missiles so you can launch one and follow its path to find your opponent!
Good thinking with the mist. Any sight-hindering technique would also work to disguise their presence. You can also physically put them under the ground with any of the earth-traveling techniques.

C-3 - Deidara's most powerful large scale bomb, an enormous, roughly human-shaped statue that Deidara drops on targets from above. Its explosive power was great enough to apparently destroy a large portion of Sunagakure. Its S-Rank in strength and produces a Long Range explosion from which the user needs to escape as well.
Basically its him making a gigantic clone of himself.Fully out of clay. Generally it would be used from long range height wise whilst he is riding his dragon due to the sheer size of the c3 clone .
Riding his dragon deidara reaches the maximum height it would allow during which he was constant having the mouths on his palm eat the clay in his pockets.After consuming a large quantity he the goes the the edge of the dragon palms facing down releases torrent upon torrent of clay using shape manipulation it creates a massive clone of deidara.Flying away from the clone he performs a handsign and yells KATSU causing it to explode into a massive explosion.
While useful in reality when we put it into nb all the enemy has to do is use a large scale raiton jutsu to prevent it from exploding so not sure how usefull it would be unless one could seal away raiton chakra..Can Canon deidara learn fuinjutsu?
To combo i would probably ensure the opponent is binded first or pre-occupied.So something alone the lines of clay minions or etc before even attempting to use this.

C-4 - "Garuda" (カルラ, Karura; Viz "C4 Karura"): A giant doll, shaped like Deidara himself. When it ruptures, a cloud of microscopic bombs is released. Impossible to be seen by a normal eye, the victims breathe in the bombs, which then enter the bloodstream. Once there, the countless micro-bombs explode, causing the victims' bodies to disintegrate at the cellular level, literally turning them into dust. According to Deidara, he created C4 for the sole purpose of defeating Itachi. Unlike the other Explosive Clay techniques, Deidara consumes the clay using his actual mouth instead of the ones on his hands and performs the Tiger → Snake → Bird → Snake hand seals, releasing an enormous quantity of explosive clay which then transforms into the gigantic doll. The doll itself can be used to do physical attacks and move about on the field. Its S-Rank in strength. The cloud of clay spreads up to long range, rapidly but the technique can only be used twice in battle.

Powerful and even if it is destroyed it would only generate the small minuscule bombs. I think you might get away with using this on its own if you really had to but it would be better of putting them off balance by using some doton jutsu so they cant run away from the mini bombs.
Also whats the deal with raiton>clay in nb i know some things differ from actual naruto whats nb's take on raiton disabling clay? does it need to be near same rank etc?

The bombs in this technique are actually microscopic (meaning you cannot see them with your naked eyes). Due to this, the explosions don't actually look like explosions. The target or object simply disintegrates on an atomic level, because they will unknowingly ingest these bombs into their body.
Lightning is considered to be strong against clay. So, an A-rank lightning jutsu could be used against this technique (if it has the qualities to be successful).
