Alright so here is my Submission to a tomb raider Art comp, dead line is closing in and im looking to at least get runer up lol (not likely ) The competition is VERY VERY stiff.

Alright ok. Cause that was the only part i liked xD. You did a good drawing there, but the grey parts are.. Well.. Bad imo, monocolour kinda depressing and it barely blended in with the character much. Would've been awesome if you'd added some C4D's, a nice lightsource and a text. C4D's would be scattered and motion blured at a nice flow with the fall. Cause i guess she's falling? .

i know what cinima 4d is but have never used it, im sure its a doddle, however with the "grey" ink i added it helps represent a scene from the new game where she is sinking into the depths of the ocean unconscious, and with that added 3 skulls in the mix for those with a keen eye, but maybe i made it too hard seeing as before people said they were too obvious! >_<

maybe i should do another version, would be nice if you sent me a link with a clear visual on what you explained in terms of effects =]

Well if ya dont try ya will never know right? its not the worst on there and its a fresh break from all the hyper realistic digi painting of lara shooting arrows, wanted to try something that hadn't been done to death.

But it looks good. I think the top of the image needs to be smoothed down, because the top edge looks too straight.
