As u said ENton is intangible where as Enton arrow is not...

Enton Arrow = Susanoo arrow covered with flames not just flames ....

OT : It may Explod right after hitting arrow or may force the arrow backwards

Depends on size and force of TBB....

Well if that's the case then the arrow would get forced back or trigger the TBB's explosion.

I think the TBB Naruto used in this chapter wasn't fully powered.
