Probably not the creators of Arrow said they didn't want to play up the superpowers that's why they gave Canary a device for supersonic sounds rather than her own vocal chords.
OT: Man with this Flash and Gotham I'm so excited. Flash will take some time finding it's footing(no pun intended) just like Arrow did. Arrow season 1 was ok but season 2 really started to pick up, they finally did Slade justice, Oliver got some trick arrows, they seemed like they're phasing out Thea which has to happen so Roy can take the name Speedy. All in all season 2 made me very hopeful for the future of this show, I hope Flash can come out of the gate on the roll Arrow season 2 left them on.

Roy's probably not becoming Speedy. He'll probably just skip that and become Red Arrow or more likely, Arsenal.
But yeah, S2 was amazing and the entire show was becoming more superhero. Slade was just perfect.
Can't wait for Flash.

Yeah hopefully they're rethinking making a superhero comic show without super powers. As or Roy I'll be so disappointed if they don't call him Speedy. They even set it up perfect with the girl he loved being called Speedy, he can take up the name in her honor. He wasn't really Arsenal or Red Arrow until he was almost done with Ollie, since this is still his beginning in the show they should go with Speedy, imo.
I hope Flash is going to be good. The outfit is a little meh but that's easy to look over if they do well with the story. I'm interested to see what villains they pick, I hope we get Cpt. Cold, Gorilla Grod and Cpt. Boomerang and in season 2 they need to give us Zoom since he probably won't pop up in the first season. I'm sure eventually we'll get others too like Weather Wizard, Mirror Master or Pied Piper. Hmm Flash villains have a lot of the same letter names, wonder if they were inspired by Stan Lee lol.

I know Roy's story. I'm just saying I think the show will take their own spin. The got the speedy nod with Thea's nickname. I'm not against him being Speedy and I like the honor deal, but I think they will and maybe should just call him Red Arrow or Arsenal. It works better for TV or atleast that's what I think their thought process is, maybe. I don't know. Any name is fine though!
Yeah, I don't like the dark red, but other than that it's great. Really interested to see the villains and how it all plays out. I'm so excited.

I thought the outfit looked a little too loose for Flash, making a costume more "realistic" doesn't always work out, hopefully this won't be one of those times.
