Arno Dorian is light-skinned, with long hair, packed to a single lock falling behind him and usually puts on a somewhat stern and determined look, even though his personality would says otherwise.
Rather than the traditional Uchiha attire, Arno Dorian is usually seen wearing a long-sleeved navy blue jacket, fitted with a hood, an inner waistcoat, and brown gloves covering the his hands half way to his elbow, with a characteristic red-colored muffler around his neck with his hood covering the upper half of his face, he wears brown trousers, and a belt with pouches and straps containing his weapons, most especially the sheathe holding his sword, theses are usually conceal by his jacket. His outer jacket is latter changed however, having decorations of red, white and brown, and his belt and straps was seen worn on top his jacket.
Personality
Arno was witty and charismatic but also no-nonsense, which fed into his sharp sense of humor, falling back on it whenever he felt emotionally vulnerable. He was brash in nature, rushing into action over reason and this often led him into trouble. Although he was well-educated, his noble upbringing did not prevent him from cheating at card games. Despite his fun and adventurous nature, Arno was stealthy and ruthless in executing his missions.
He eventually becomes a more serious and mature person and able to focus on the task at hand. However, as a result of this, he wasn't as witty or brash as he once was, but rather a bit cynical, but overall the wiser.

Background
Arno Dorian was born and raised outside konohagakure, his mother, an uchiha met her end when he was too young to remember, his father was a shinobi, though not affiliated with the land of fire, he respected the ideals preached there, and taught young Arno about the will of fire. Arno witnessed the mysterious murder of his father at the tender age of 8. He then gets an adoptive father,a sound shinobi, who dies years later, also in a mysterious fashion. Feeling responsible for these deaths, Arno takes it upon himself to join a secret order, The Assassins, in the land of fire, and be a Konohagakure shinobi on a quest for redemption. He awakened his sharingan as a teen, after the death of his adoptive father, and goes on to be a fine shinobi, with exceptional visual prowess, he eventually works his way up to become an elite shinobi, stealthy and ruthless as they come.
Arno was eventually banished from Konohagakure due to a fatal mistake in a secret mission gone wrong, caused by his usual charismatic personality, and independent nature, he had often questioned the approach of Konoha, and was not the kind of man to blindly "take orders from another", and so he left, betrayed by his own personality, and traumatized by what he witness, he turned his back on the world, he became cynical, and abandoned his old ways, even considering Konoha's "will of fire" as naive and childish.
Being a man with no country, or identity, he wondered throughout the ninja world, picking up a few skills, but wouldn't meddle in affairs that don't concern him, and for three years, he lived a life of solitude...
Despite his views when he was a shinobi with konoha, he had done some things which were considered inhumane, even he was just following orders, and not only does those memories continue to hunt him, and he was always looking over his shoulders, making sure his past do not catch up to him, but after three years, he had become sloppy, and was met by an exceptionally powerful shinobi from Kirigakure. They battled till both of them were on the verge of death, his visual prowess was still sharp as ever, but he was barely able to keep up with his foe, and only made it alive by a hairs breath. It was then he remembered why was he wanted to become a ninja in Konoha, and this took him back to the gates of the hidden leaf village. He was eventually but reluctantly taken back, by the new Hokage, who was convinced that Arno's skills were needed. Arno had learned his lesson, he was no longer the witty and naive kid he once was, was now smarter, wiser, more mature, and determined to once again prove his worth...

weapons and Specialty
Water Affinity | Though an Uchiha from birth, Arno is a master of the Water element, he is able to perform all Water techniques with only having to perform a single hand seal.
Uchiha's Fire | Being an Uchiha Arno Dorian, is an exceptional fire user and therefore is able to perform all Fire techniques at an accelerated rate with accelerated hand seal performances.
