The Hydra wouldn't work because Katsuyu eventually melts it. Tsunade can hide in her body or she can simply oneshot the snake's heads with her unholy power. Nothing suggests the hydra can keep up with her speed because nothing suggests it can.

?Since when have we ever seen Tsunade hide inside katsuya in a battle?? the desperation of some Tsu'tards is astonishing. Thats a cowards wayto fight and last time i checked and if its one thing i can commend Tsunade for is her courage regardless of the situation. Your downplaying your own character by saying she hides in Katsuya.
