I said no restrictions for a reason. I mentioned Orochimaru in the Sannin because he was unable to lift or move his hands. As opposed to part 2 where he could move his arms, punching the kyuubi which isn't allowed.

This meaning all jutsu are available, but neither could move or use their arms. If that's unfair, I'd restrict Orochimaru further but this was my initial intention.

Hopefully this cleared any confusion.

Orochimaru. Without arms, minato cant throw FTG kunai or place seals, but orochimaru has a whole ton of gross jutsu's that come out of his mouth.

After those punches he was fully mobile and displayed no degree of defeat because of those punches. At that point he simply saw no point in furthering the altercation, especially in that condition.

The blow given by Jman was not as severe as the blow given by the kyuubi. Oro basically tanked that
