Appearance & Personality
Burdened with the responsibility of eradicating all evil, Arjuna underwent a series of alterations--both to his person and role as Fallen Knight to the Throne. He had taken the mantle of 'Lostbelt King', the fourth of its kind, and in doing so his once black, short hair grew into white and long, covering his head. Arjuna's legs, feet, and chest are covered in armor; golden plates with an elaborate, blue-dye design. As for jewelry, Arjuna wears only a few, with none to be seen on his face.

He has an honest and faithful personality that seems to embody justice itself. At the very least, the people around him, including his older brother and archival, Karna, perceived him that way.
He loved his brothers, and was loved in return. He loved his both father and mother, and was loved in return. He loved the people, and was loved in return. And despite this Arjuna was still brought to war with them... driven to kill Karna--his own kin--over heritage and name, the powers over history.

Prologue: The Kuru Prince
Arjuna was an warrior prince hailing from a country far south of the Tobusekai region, where men relied more on weapons than chakra and clan names carried the greatest power. From the moment his eyes first opened under the golden roof of the royal priests' temple, Arjuna was blessed by many powerful clan leaders, for they had 'forseen' his birth, and claimed he was a part of a great prophecy, the Mahabharata. He was the third son of royalties Pandu and Kunti, who governed a set of lands called the Kuruk Kingdom. War was not uncommon in these lands, and often times even family clans annihilated each other. Such was the story of Arjuna's bloodline, the Pandava against their cousin clan, the Kauarava which spanned generations. After King Pandu's death, Arjuna, his four other brothers, and mother did the unthinkable and made a pact with the Kaurava--even share resources and train with them. It was to honor the peace Pandu had been striving to sustain in the region even to his final breath. During this time Arjuna was trained in various martial arts as well as science, warfare, and philosophy by his granduncle, Bhishma. Such teachings made him not only wise, but favored by the gods.

One day, when the princes were playing a game, they lost their ball in a deep well that resided at the boundary of their joint Kingdoms. No one dared cross the border to get it, for rival clans would surely have them killed or ransomed. They had decided to abandon the toy and find something else to do--but Arjuna stayed. He alone braved the trip into enemy territory but when he got to the well, it was much deeper than he expected. So deep in fact, that when he threw pebbles in to get a sense he got no echo in return. A stranger approached him then, an old man with long, white hair. The man made strange signs with his hand and molded the water within the well to rise to the surface, which included the ball. When an astonished Arjuna related the story to Bhishma, he realised that the stranger was none other than Drona, a legendary warrior who wielded an incredible power called 'Prana', which was said to be energy of the gods. Bhishma asked Drona to become the Kuru princes' teacher. Drona agreed, and thus began Arjuna's Ascension.

Fourth King: Arjuna is a Single Handseal & Apex Handseal Specialist of Entropy, meaning he can perform techniques of that element without the need for hand seals, but still have to move his body accordingly. He is also an Advanced Tracking Specialist, with twice the normal level of perception common to shinobi. Being a practitioner of Renewal Taekwondo, Arjuna is naturally stronger than the average Strong Fist user. Finally, Arjuna has 25% more chakra due to his Lifeline (Chakra) Extra Specialty, bringing his reserves to 2000 chakra points.

Authority of Shiva | Entropy: Arjuna is able to manifest a unique energy known as Entropy. He formed this element during his time in the Throne, and is able to control two fundamental forces of nature with it; potential and kinetic energies. With Entropy in full swing, Arjuna can bring an entire battlefield to halt--no one or thing being able to move. Some would say it's like he stopped time. He may also completely erase people and techniques with this element.

Authority of Varuna | Seraphic Water: Another unique element of his is Seraphic Water, a liquid substance capable of desiccation and immense density. It is a combination of his Water and Earth elemental natures and is said to originate from the sky, where the ancient Surgebinder Varuna often resided.

Authority of Agni | Seven Sovereign Flames: With Agni's influence, Arjuna learned how to add a special effect to all his Fire techniques thanks to the Seven Sovereign Flames. His Katon jutsu have the ability to steal or copy any favorable qualities of opposing Fire jutsu seemingly on a whim.

Description: Created by a group of Fire Style Masters who used their emotions to influence their Chakra, the Seven Sovereign Flames are not considered traditional Jutsu in the sense that the user simply gathers Chakra, adds various changes to Shape and Nature, then performs it against their opponent in Battle. Rather, they are the purest form of "Supplementary Enhancement" for all techniques that the user knows that fall under the Basic 5 Element of Fire. The user takes their skill in the manipulation of the Fire Element and combines it with their powerful, sometimes overwhelming, emotions, with the result being seven new types of Fire, each with their own special properties, all derived directly from the emotions infused into them. The Seven Masters all created their Sovereign Flames after succumbing to the reprecussions of their own emotions. One was consumed with hatred and rage, and hurt the one he loved, while another gave up something precious to them, and was consumed with overwhelming grief and sadness. After their own traumatizing experiences, and eventual personal revalations, they all came to understand and accept the flaws in their own emotional states, and used their understanding of these emotions to further their skills in Fire Release, revealing their true colors as it were. The concept of emotions influencing Chakra has been referenced in the series on a few occasions. One of the best examples of this is Karin Uzumaki, a powerful Sensor-Type Ninja with a unique and extremely detailed form of Sensory perception. Using her Sensory abilities Karin once described both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra at around the same time in the series claiming Naruto's was "bright and warm", while Sasuke's was "dark and cold", which coincided with both of their emotions during the Five Kage Summit Arc. Karin's description of the nature of both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra supports the concept that one's Chakra is tightly interwoven with the current state of the users emotions, with this Jutsu using different emotions to directly affect and alter the user's Fire Release Chakra in unique and interesting ways.

The Seven Sovereign Flames are directly applied to one's biography, under the Specialties section as an extension of the Fire Element, thus requiring any user of this Jutsu to specialize in the Fire Element. Within this extension of their Fire Element specialty, the user must specify one of the Seven Sovereign Flames, which becomes their "personal" Sovereign Flame, which they naturally embody, allowing the user to imbue their entire Fire Release arsenal into that Sovereign Flame, each with their own unique properties (All of which are explained below). Only one user of this Jutsu can specialize in any given Sovereign Flame at a time, meaning two users cannot embody the same Flame at the same time. The Sovereign Flame that the user specializes in will always be available to the them at the start of a battle (in addition to base/ regular Fire Style), at no additional chakra cost. Additionally, while the Sovereign Flames have their own unique properties, they are all still considered, for all intents and purposes, Fire Style Ninjutsu, and always follow the Elemental interactions and guidelines for regular Fire Style, regardless of any unique or alternative properties they possess. Finally, the effects of the Sovereign Flames scale with the Rank, size, overall power, etc of the Jutsu they are infused into, just like any regular form of Elemental Ninjutsu, with higher ranking Jutsu logically dealing more severe effects upon contact with a target, object or surface.

The Sovereign Flames themselves are as follows;

Asmodeus' Ire - Created as the result of his rage hurting one he loved, Asmodeus created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own anger to access this brutally crimson red fire, which is deeply rooted in all things connected with rage. Asmodeus' Ire grants one's Fire Style with the ability to barbarically consume oxygen, creating a Fire that is extremely volatile, and explodes on contact with any form of solid matter. This phenomena is also refered to as a "thermobaric explosion", and has the added benefit of severely reducing oxygen levels in the immediate area of effect of any Fire Jutsu imbued with this Sovereign Flame, lessening the power of any and all Fire Style within the area after this Sovereign Flame has been used by 1 Rank.

Alisa's Bliss - The end result from the overbearing joy that she brought into the world, Alisa created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own joy to access this vibrant Sovereign Flame, which is linked directly to the user's happiness. As she was never one to enjoy fights, Alisa's Bliss has no blatanlty offensive properties, creating a yellow flame that grants one's Fire Style with the ability to blind all within Short Range of a Jutsu imbued with this Sovereign Flame, similar in nature to a flashbomb.

Diarmuid's Covetousness - Born from attempting to fill an empty, endless void in his life by accumulating material goods, Diarmuid forged this gangrenous green Sovereign Flame,which is deeply rooted in all things connected with jealousy. Diarmuid's Covetousness grants one's Fire Style with the ability to steal, or copy, the attributes and abilities of other Fire Release Jutsu it is able to make direct contact with, and successfully overpower. This applies to both friendly and enemy Jutsu, and allow attributes that stem from both the manipulation of the Chakra's Nature and Shape. However, any attempt to "steal" or "copy" the abilities of another Sovereign Flame will result in failure, as the conflicting nature of the emotions that constitute the Sovereign Flames will render each other inert. While it has no stolen attributes or abilities, it produces basic flames just like a regular Fire Jutsu, simply with a different color.

Imogen's Sorrow - Imogen's perpetual sadness came from an ultimatum that shattered her life, with the resulting sadness causing her to forge her own Sovereign Flame by accident. The user must also know and understand their own sadness to access this silent, ghostly blue fire, which is deeply affected by the sorrows of ones life. Imogen's Sorrow infuses one's Fire Style with the property to exude an external endothermic reaction in place of the regular exothermic reaction, drawing in heat from the Jutsu's surroundings and forcing the outer reaches of the Jutsu to be "perceived" as cold. But despite this perception, at the core of any Jutsu imbued with Imogen's Sorrow still burns a powerful flame like regular Fire Ninjutsu, causing the usual burns on contact with a target or surface. The difference is the first moments where the Jutsu approaches an opponent, making them believe it's something entirely different from Fire Ninjutsu, thus giving the user a slight advantage.

Schifone's Acrimony - Unfortunatly for it's creator, this Sovereign Flame was created from their abhorrent disgust for the world. The user must also know and understand their own disgust to access this pungent purple fire, which is connected with one's own sense of revulsion. Schifone's Acrimony grants one's Fire Style with the ability to produce an overwhelming scent, as it consumes more of the trace elements found in the air. With these higher concentrations of those trace elements, the flame bombards the opponents sense of smell, overloading it, while also effectively acting as an active marking agent that allows Olfactory Sensors, like Ninja Hounds and the Inuzuka, to track the target to the ends of the Earth, regardless of attempts to remove it.

Phobos' Recreancy - Born from a perpetual, crippling fear of the world, and the darkness within it, Phobos created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own fears to access this deceptively dim black fire, which is deeply rooted in cowardice. Phobos' Recreancy imbues one's Fire Style with the unique property to emit zero light, thus creating a black fire that perfectly blends into darkness, and is well suited for assassinations or deception, as it is identical to the famed Black Flames of Amaterasu, though obviously lacking it's unique ability to never be extinguished.

Rhiannon's Clarity - Rhiannon was a very unique young woman, as she never really had any predisposition for any emotion whatsoever. Eventually she came to understand that this was not the product of apathy, or a disinterest in showing any emotion, but simply the result of achieving a true state of peace, and by coming to acknowledge this, she created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know have a sense of neutrality to access this surprisingly unique pure, clear fire, which is the result of enlightenment. Rhiannon's Clarity imbues one's Fire Style with the unique property to completely allow light to almost pass completely through it, thus creating the illusion that the user's fire is invisible. Despite this "invisibilty", it still distorts any light that passes through it, created a "wavy" effect that can still be seen by the naked eye.

Borne of the Throne: Although only recently "summoned", Arjuna has joined the Fallen Order, with the Surge of Evocation learned so far. It is through this technique that Arjuna is able to manifest Prana, the ethereal energy that fuels all Surgebinders. As each Prana signature and color is different for each member of the clan, Arjuna's is often multicolored, or prismatic when looked at directly. During fights it is mostly golden, or blue--as are his energy-type elemental jutsu. The energy permeates Arjuna's being, coming from an alternate dimension called the Throne, and is capable of transporting objects and Surgebinders directly to the place with physical contact. This also includes chakra and techniques.

Body Seals: On Arjuna's body are various seals that serve to augment and protect. On his chest is a seal that reads "bind" meant to tether him to his weapon (Bound Enchantment). On his ever-present body armor is a seal reading "Protect" that shields and helps lessen the force of attacks met (Assassin's Armor). Also on his armor, is the Authority of Indra blessing that protects him in the face of lightning attacks (Principles of the Paramecia). On the back of his neck is another seal (Regain) that also extends Indra's Authority, further defending him from Lightning. And finally, directly over his abdomen is a special seal that saps from his elemental chakras (Doton & Katon) in order to augment his Sealing Arts (Resurrection of Sorcery).

Description: This seal must be either stated in the user's bio or placed on him before battle. This seal is linked to the users two strongest elemental abilities and only seeks to make them weaker in order to increase the power of the users Sealing Arts. When passively activated it will drain the user's two main elemental affinities of 10 points of chakra and damage automatically every time they're used, storing it within itself, and making the users techniques using those affinities weaker until its deactivated. It's true purpose will be triggered whenever the user utilizes the art of Fuuinjutsu, it will convert and release this stored power into any Fuuinjutsu technique whenever it is used, filling the technique with the energy it took from the user's elemental prowess. This results in every Fuuinjutsu technique the user uses gaining +1 Rank (if they’re A-Rank or below). On the other side, the main two elemental affinities of the user will automatically lose 10 damage and chakra each when they are used. Elements which are a combination of both of the weakened elements will also be weakened in the same way. This lasts until deactivated.

(Fuuin: Genron no Genchuu) - Sealing Technique: Principles of the Paramecia

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their clothes with the Kanji for one of the basic five elements. The seal will be infused with elemental chakra of the chosen element (must be stated in biography) and will exhibit a unique effect depending on which of the elements is chosen. The seal will activate passively (instant but still counts as a move) when it’s first triggered.

Ruler of the Skies: This seal will activate whenever an unfocused current or stream of electricity is used within the vicinity of the user. The seal will release the user’s fuuton chakra in order to insulate the current of electricity as it comes into contact with the clothes, essentially neutralizing it before it can affect the user. The clothes will also become weightless as a byproduct of the infusion of wind chakra, allowing freer and more fluid movements. For the next three turns, the user’s clothes will be coated in a layer of invisible wind that can create an updraft to enable levitation and seamless flight.

The Earth Emperor: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. The opponent’s weight will double (similar to the Added Weight technique) as earth chakra is released into them. For the next three turns, the user’s clothes will become darker in colour to signify the change and each additional contact with the clothes will double their weight further. The initial weight gain will last for three turns but each additional contact will extend it’s duration by one turn. Regardless of how much the opponent’s weight is raised by this technique, it can simply be neutralized through the use of Chidori Nagashi.

The Lightning Lord: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. Upon being struck, the user's clothes will be imbued with ration chakra, making them static and shocking to the touch. Direct contact with clothing will cause the opponent's limb/body part to go numb for one turns and if a second contact is made in that time with the same part, that limb will be paralyzed for two turns as the lightning shocking stacks. These effects only apply to direct contact with the clothes themselves (an example would be the opponent's exposed fist striking the clothes). The user’s clothes will remain infused with ration chakra for five turns after activation and they will develop sparks of lightning across them to signify the change.

King in the North: This seal will activate whenever a fire technique comes into contact with the user’s clothes. The dormant chakra will activate immediately and essentially "moisturize" the clothing by imbuing it with suiton chakra without actually making it wet. This technique will not increase the user's susceptibility to lightning in any way either. It will also give the user's clothes (but not the user himself) immunity being ignited or burned up to a certain extent, translating to an immunity to C-Rank and below Katon techniques. This will last three turns but there will be no visual change to the clothes.

Sovereign of Fire: This seal will activate whenever the opponent comes into physical contact with the user’s clothes. Upon being struck, the user's clothes will be imbued with katon chakra, making them heat up considerably. Direct contact with clothing will cause the opponent's limb/body part to be burned. Momentary contact will only result in a first degree burn but more prolonged contact will lead to third or fourth degree burns. The user’s clothes will remain infused with katon chakra for three turns after activation and they will develop localized areas of orange-light (similar to smoldering coals) to signify the change.

(Fuuin: Yoroi no Koutei) - Sealing Technique: Assassin's Armour

Description: The user will have a seal on their clothes with the Kanji for “Armour” that is active all the time (must be stated in the user’s biography). The seal will be imbued with the user’s earth chakra and as such, the user’s clothing will be hardened and appear darker in colour similar to the canon technique Earth Release: Earth Spear making it akin to wearing armour. It will develop a metallic sheen in addition to the hardening which is purely cosmetic. It will not decrease the flexibility or mobility of the clothing nor will it increase the weight of it in any way, similar to the canon technique. The user will essentially become capable of withstanding damage/impacts as the hardened clothes absorb damage either completely or to a certain extent. The user's clothes will be capable of blocking kunai, shuriken, swords and other bladed weapons (Kenjutsu up to and including C-Rank). This technique will also render D-Rank and below Taijutsu useless if used on clothed portions of the body and decrease the damage of Taijutsu techniques above C-Rank by 10 damage points. Though it hardens the clothing if the is destroyed or removed the hardening loses effects and it holds no defensive ability against elements that are strong to earth.

(Fuuinjutsu: Baundoenchanto) - Sealing Arts: Bound Enchantment

Description: This seal may only be used on weapons that are in contact with the user. This seal may also be passively applied to the users weapons or formed onto a weapon the user is holding by expending a move. Only activated when the user is utilizing a jutsu to enhance or otherwise affect said weapon, this seal (which is marked with the kanji for "bind") will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said jutsu , even when the user uses another jutsu. It will permanently (or for as long as the user chooses to keep paying chakra) bind the enhancement to the weapon by doing so, as it is constantly being fueled. Each turn the weapon will be able to be used as if the enhancement that was made on it was newly activated, so that they may block and attack with the weapon it was used on without breaking the freeform dodging/blocking rules.

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body labeled "regain" in kanji form (索). Essentially, whenever foreign lightning jutsus are being used, from the seal, a large scale barrier will immediately erect short range around the user at a fast pace. But, it does not provide any damage whatsoever, this is why its passive and instant in activation, although it can be perform in the same timeframe as another jutsu it still count as a move per turn from the user. It's basis of usage is the barrier will immediately act as a lightning rod for the opponent's own lightning jutsu and immediately draw the jutsu inward, attaching itself to the barrier, and after this is done, the full dome shape barrier becomes drawn back into the users seal. This will not give the user any chakra, but rather it will allow the user to use the now unfocused electricity to enhance the users next jutsu attack (lightning composition equivalent to that of nagashi, same with rank and damage as well). Lightning jutsus become enhanced automatically by 10+, with elemental jutsus that coincide with unfocused electricity (fire, earth, water, etc) will have raging electricity running across its body and will increase by 1 rank due to a veil of electricity covering it. This jutsu being increase doesnt have to be soley from the basic 5. It can be used with KG/CE alike aslong as it is within logic and stems from the user's body or at least short range of them for the electricity to aid the jutsu. What also allows this technique to be used in a defensive manner is, lightning is known for its insane speed, due to the speed of the barrier, it will immediately act to "catch" fast moving lightning jutsus (this includes combinations of the sorts) and be used for the user. Armors or lightning jutsus that enhance the opponent's speed will literally be ripped from their body and be used for the users purpose as stated.
