Because it adds an emotional factor to the story. If your attached to the character, and care about him, it will add emotional depth to the story, but if its just some nobody you dont care about then it adds nothing but another dead body.

Yes that's true but do you remember Menma I cried like a *** when Naruto ate his ramen when he was remembering him on the hill. In the Anime don't know if you watch it xD

I would drink and enjoy what milk is left, to honor my dearly beloved lost glass of chocolate milk. (you just reminded me im out of chocolate syrup, and this post made me crave chocolate milk!)
