Closest thing anyone's gonna get to an actual SNK game, its actually pretty hard now with the update.
The game was made by some Japanese indie devs.

Controls

WASD or Arrow keys to move
Spacebar for shooting both ropes
Q and E for shooting left and right ropes respectively
Lmb to attack horizantaly
LMB + S for vertical attack
N to pose

EDIT: NVM, I found them. This is pretty hard! the most I could kill are 2 titans.
