Are you subject to a defence if you think you've been faslely banned?

Hello, im Bright Shadow (no bs), and im wondering if your suject to a defence if you feel your fasly infracted/suspeneded/banned. Like, say if someone has been infracted for advertising, but there was a typo in a link, or there was a link in the page you've been directed to. Are you subject to be heard out? Thank you for your time,
