I fear the rise of censorship and silencing and restriction of freedom of speech and expression and cancel culture and how it degrades media, hopefully it doesn't effect anime in the future.
I'm mostly scared of my own mental state and how this world could potentially break me in the future if I'm not careful to keep myself sane. There is so much grief and suffering that can happen in the future that although I am okay now I never know what sort of things I will have to face in the future.
I'm also scared of my inevitable death, of course.
And I fear the unknown and all the stuff we havent discovered which may be unveiled in the future. For example, look at this virus - we never predicted this and there could be something 100x worse in the future.
- Big economic crisis. ( Will happened probably around December 2020 ). Media will say that Coronavirus caused this crisis, but no, this crisis was happening even before the pandemia, it is a direct consequence from the subprimes crisis which happened in 2008. We just artificially solved the 2008 crisis, and this year we will fully face the consequences without any artificial way to avoid it.
- War between the USA and Iran. It will start when the US will accept to help Lebanon which is falling, but at one condition : We help you, if you kick Hezbollah. Hezbollah which is one of the main political party of Lebanon. Kicking hezbollah from Lebanon is a direct threat to Iran, then an escalation could start. The escalation already started when the US killed Qassem Soleimani. Currently, Israel is pushing the US to go at war against Iran. Lebanese people, especially christian and sunni muslims will accept to kick Hezbollah in order to be helped because now they are in a very difficult situation.
- Civil war / racial war in the USA, France, and the UK. It will be a direct consequence from the future economic crisis. There are already racial tensions in western multicultural countries such as France or the USA. When the economic crisis will happen, poverty will seriously increase, unemployment ect... This will lead to a racial war. People aren't fought each other currently because they still can eat, but when the fridge will became empty, then the internal conflict will start....
- Big migrant crisis in Mediteranea. Also an direct consequence from the future economic crisis. This economic crisis will be the fall of some North african countries such as Algeria. When these countries will fall, the road leading to Europe will be even greater, like what happened after Gaddafi's fall in Libya but x10. Italy, Greece and Spain will have many troubles with this problem and some of their inhabitant will even take weapon to protect their border...
- At the end of the 2020s, a WW3 might happen and it will start in the midle east. As Iran will be erased by the US. The syrian regime will start to lose ( because their success is only due to Iranian militias). Russia protects the syrian regime because it has a strategic military base at Tartous. If the syrian regime start to fall because of lack of support from Iranian militias, then Russia will have to increase his military intervention in Syria in order to protect his strategic interest. Everyday, russians and americans jetfighters meet each other over the Syrian sky. And one day, an " accident " will happened, which basically would be the cassus beli of the future WW3. Russia and the USA don't want a war, but this conflict of interest in Midle East will be so intense, that they will be engaged in war. But it won't be the apocalypse, they might use nuclear weapons but only tactical nuclear weapons which are mini nukes not enough powerful to threat the humanity.

I fear deseases, wars and climate change. Idk if aliens really exist.
I am convinced that aliens exist. I say at minimum there are ten alien civilizations far advanced then us. Right now humanity is extremely vulnerable to an alien invasion. If Aliens invade Earth a new era of colonization may start.

I think aliens may have a council and debating Earth's invasion one would say 'Let's destroy the Earth', while the specialist in earthology will say 'Not yet, they are doing a good job doing this themselves'.
So maybe they exist but logically they will ignore us for now
My particular beliefs make it difficult for me to be afraid of vague potential like 'the future'.
They give me reason to understand that even under crazy circumstances my fate is largely in my own hands, figuratively.
However, specific circumstance like a lion chasing me would definitely have me scared. I'd mess myself so much I'd achieve the results of a 3-week diet in 3minutes.
What does worry me, tho, is the future of others. I have very little reason to believe that they have the same securities I might have and so would be relatively well off if things went even further south. Honestly, even if things got better I wouldn't be sure about their well being.
But there's little i can do there, so I'll just stick to that and keep my worries proportionate

Something worth considering is that despite all the craziness that should've outer us not only as individuals but even as a species, we're still here.
Maybe there are forces at play protecting us, maybe its a very random continuous coincidence. Either way, its more logical to assume it'll continue playing its part, based on its 5000+ yr track record, and so to simply apply oneself to doing the best of one's part.
