What is death? Death is the action or fact of dying or being killed; the end of the life of a person or organism.

We all die, right now I am typing and i am living, you are reading and you are living.Often when people are around, when there are talking, where there is light and where there is family/friends you feel confident.Your Mind is off this topic really and when people ask you "are you scared of death?" Are you scared of death? A lot of you will answer "No". How old are you? Are you a teenager? are you in 20 and+? Well my question to you is what can you really feel from the past? Nothing. How many times have you said "Ill do this, Ill do that later, i got a lot of time till than" and when the time came you quickly think "Wow that came quick". The time shall come, no matter what when we all lay here

Last night i thought about this and started shaking, i truly knew that i would die and i got scared. I saw myself in a bed, Me slowly closing my eyes and fading from this world, after a few years you will be forgotten. Even By your family. Can you please tell me what your great great grandpa is called? Exactly.Even right now as i am typing i feel confident and i feel like the time is going to take really long to come, i want you to understand it is just behind the corner. What is Your View on this?

If death was simply you (If you religious) going to your heaven without pain and just straight up times up and you appear in heaven highly doubt people will so afraid. Look life is something granted to all of us, it is something we must enjoy since the time is limited and it is true that many people think they are not scared but actually are when I was young I used to be terrorised by this thinking but imagine even if you lived forever one time you would have done anything and nothing would be left for you to do, there will be no reason to live any longer, and I just tell you it is no need to be scared you will be remembered by the people close to you and even if you think that they forgot you they will never do it some part of you will live in them forever.

I heard a great quote I dont know who it is from but it is like this : When you die you are nowhere and anywhere at the same time because when someone thinks of you,you will be there with them.

I'm 15 and death does seem terrifying at certain times to me. But the number one thing I'm of afraid of is living old enough to see your loved ones die. Sadly I know those days will come and I just have to be ready for it. And if I had a wife and she died I wouldn't know how to live without her!

I am a devoted baptist and i just have to say that i don't fear death. I accepted Jesus into my life when i was 11 and since then i haven't ever feared death. According to the bible, heaven is supposed to be a place where you'll never be sad or worry about anything. That sounds alot better than earth to me tbh :/ It's not as if i want to die, I like living. Life is good. But death will come when it will come and im not worried about it.

But to the question at hand, im not afraid of dying as long as it meaningfull however if i die in vein then i... well i would be terifeing.

i'm very afraid of death, because of the pain and because i don't know what will happen afterwards. if you think about the pain of dying it's very scary, doesn't matter how it happens it takes minutes to die at least. your system start to shut down, your eyes stop working, your body is not responding, you suddenly can't breath, your body is fighting until the last second to survive and it is painful. the fear of what will happen afterwards is because i'm afraid it might be worse, not neccesarily heaven or hell, just a worse life then the life we have now. unkowing is frightening.

im not scared ive died for 5 seconds and dont remember a thing of it. as horrible as my life is i have tried to take my own life and tried to make it look accidental but i have failed.

Don't get me wrong I don't want to die anytime soon but afraid? No. I'd like to see what happens after you die.

Of course I wouldn't want to be murdered or die some horrible painful death but if that's meant to happen so be it. I'd much rather die in my sleep.
