Are you picking up the Naruto Ultimate ninja storm 3 on day 1?

If you preorder you would get a Goku custome dlc for Naruto and poster if you buy from GameStop. Are those enough to make it a day 1 purchase? I'm kind of disappointed that some characters that I wanted is not playable so I'm thinking twice about getting this game.

i've bought ultimate ninja storm. the one that goes up till the pain sage. now i wait to buy one till naruto is done. one with all the characters, cause this shit kinda sucks. everytime they add to little for me to pay full 59 euro's.
